Who Else Wants To Setup Google Adsense and Earn First Dollar in 5 Easy Steps?

By placing Google’s code on your website, you are able to host advertisements for those who are paying for Adwords. Step 1: Host a website. Make sure you can put code on your pages. You’ll need to be able to edit html code on your website. If you don’t already own a site, you can sign up for free at places like www.blogger.com , www.googlepages.com , or www.blogspot.com . If you’d like to host your own content on your own site and need a hosting account, get your domain name from GoDaddy.com and your hosting through HostGator.com at very affordable pricing. Make sure you have a good amount of relative content on your site before going on to step two.
Step 2: Sign up for Google’s Adsense. Goto Adsense Signup . Google has a simple 1 page form to fill out. You’ll need to have an “already launched” website as well as a valid payee name and mailing address to receive payments. While filling out the form, make sure you read and understand Google’s policies for placing their ads on your sites. This will be key in helping you to get approved.

Step 3: Increase Chances of Being Approved! Make sure the site you put on your application is a well developed site. Pick the best site with the most traffic to increase your chances of getting accepted. Make sure all the links work. Each Adsense account is reviewed manually before being approved. Remember, you’ll be placing ads of paying people on your website. Having a well developed site will help Google see that you’ll be providing quality back to those advertisers. Before submitting your site for approval, ask yourself, “Is this a site that I would want to advertise my services on?”.
It can take a few days or even longer to get approved. We’ve witnessed timeframes from two days up to two months or more.
What if I don’t get approved? Go look at your site. Verify that it matches with Google’s Terms and Policies. If there is little content on the site, add more value to it by adding more quality content. Then come back when it’s ready and re-apply. Remember, there are real people that work at Google and in my experience, as long as you’re reasonable, they will be real fair in working with you.
I’ve been approved. Now what?
Step 4: Grab Adsense Code. Now that you’ve been approved and the most difficult period is over, you’re ready to start generating some income. Log into your account here: Adsense Login. Click on the “Adsense Setup” tab and grab the code for the type of ads you want to display. You’ll be able to choose from: Adsense from Content, Adsense for Search, Referrals, Video Units, and more. There are many different options to choose from, but Google has made this process very easy to navigate.

Step 5: Place Adsense Code on your website. Once you have the code from your Adsense Setup copied, add it to your webpages where you want the ads to show.
